How does central government handle your personal data?
Would you like to request a brochure? Or receive a newsletter? Then dutch digital delta asks you to enter your personal data in a form. For example, your name and (e-mail) address. The form indicates which data the central government uses and for what purpose.
The central government uses your personal data only for the purpose for which you left them. For example, did you fill in your name and address to receive a brochure? Then the central government will not use these data to send you other brochures as well, unless indicated. The basis for collecting personal data is consent. This means that only personal data is stored with your consent.
However, the data may be used for detection. For example, if offences are committed through the site or criminal statements are made.
When you create an account on any part of this website, we store these login details so that you can log in to your account the next time. We store the data you use for this purpose only.
Retention period
The Central Government does not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which you left it. The personal data for creating account are kept as long as this service is present on the website.
Right to inspection and/or deletion
When you share personal data, you have the right to know what personal data the organisation collects and you can make a request to have it deleted.

Topsector ICT - Team dutch digital delta uses technical support for the website. Processing agreements have been concluded with these parties in which the parties secure the personal data. The affiliated parties have taken all measures to ensure technical security.
